Chef's Experience

Come and learn the tricks of the trade from the Michelin starred kitchen. discover what really happens behind the scenes.

After a short briefing you will assist with the preparation of the lunch service, and enjoy a light lunch with the Chefs.

You will then participate in the lunch service, working on the various sections of the kitchen and even attending at the Pass.

If you are ready and willing, join the team again for the dinner preparation and service – most definitely not for the faint hearted.
