Demonstrations take place on the first and last Wednesday of each month.

Each Cookery School Demonstration Includes:

 Tea/coffee & homemade biscuits on arrival
1 and a half hour demonstration with Michelin starred chef Alan or Head Chef
Opportunity to try some of the techniques and taste some of the food as it is being prepared
Champagne & canapés
5 course bespoke lunch including chef’s appetiser and pre-dessert
Glass of red or white wine with lunch
