In the l'ortolan demonstration studio our team of highly skilled chefs will show you the secrets of a Michelin starred kitchen.  Whether you want to come by yourself, or with a group of friends we will do everything we can to make sure your time in the studio is one you will never forget. 

Cookery School Demonstrations 

In the l’ortolan demonstration studio you can watch the magic of the l’ortolan kitchen come to life before your very eyes. Demonstrations take place on the first and last Wednesday of each month.  For a full list of dates and topics see our programme page

Arrival 10.00am, experience lasts 4.5 hours and includes:

• Tea/coffee & homemade biscuits on arrival
• 1 and a half hour demonstration with Michelin starred chef Alan or Robin
• Opportunity to try some of the techniques and taste some of the food as it is being prepared
• Champagne & canapés
• 5 course bespoke lunch including chef’s appetiser and pre-dessert
• Glass of red or white wine with lunch
• Still or sparkling water
• Recipe cards to take home

£130 per person or £230 for two
