How To Order

To place orders online from this website simply select a product for the shopping basket.

Alternatively we’ll be pleased to take an order by telephone between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays. Call 0118 988 9107 and please have your credit cards details to hand.
 

Payment

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

All payments details are handled by using Payment Service Provider Barclay Card, and encrypted and secured by 128 bit SSL provided by GoDaddy. None of your card details are held by us.
 

Confirmation

For online orders you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the time of ordering. The order invoice will be included in the confirmation e-mail.

For telephone orders we will enclose an invoice with the order.
 

Delivery

If in stock, you should receive your order within 5 working days; for out of stock products you should receive your order within 5 working days of stock becoming available.

If you need your order urgently please contact us at shop@lortolan.com or call us on 0118 988 9107 before placing the order and we may be able to quote for a faster delivery.
