Enjoy exceptional modern French cuisine, exquisite wines and a warm welcome in the elegant and relaxed surroundings at L'Ortolan.

Head Chef Tom Clarke will be taking over the helm in our Michelin starred kitchen from January. Tom is a familiar face at L'Ortolan having worked closely with former Executive Chef Alan Murchison for many years, for the last few months as acting head chef. With the support of sous chef Marcin Biernacki and the rest of the team Tom is looking forward to the challenge of the exciting year ahead and continuing to delight our guests with his truly outstanding cuisine.

The menus at L'Ortolan will evolve gradually from where they are now with some of our popular signature dishes remaining alongside new dishes from Tom's repertoire. To complement the food Head Sommelier Guillaume Kaczmar and his team will be delighted to offer recommendations from our extensive wine list, including flights of wines to accompany each of the menus. Opening Times

The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday (open Mondays in the run up to Christmas in December). Please note that you will usually be seated at your table 30 minutes after your reservation time to enable you to enjoy an aperitif in the bar and view the menus beforehand.

Lunch:  Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 noon - 2:00pm

Dinner:  Tuesday to Saturday 7:00pm - 9:00pm 

Please note that we are closed on Sunday and Monday but can open on these days by prior arrangement.
