Private Dining in the Champagne Room
The room has gold decoupage effect walls complete with a fine 1940’s Venetian mirror which reflects the bubble effect from the table and the spun glass of the Swarovski crystal boogi lights. Whilst the first floor windows, finely draped in honey coloured tulle, encourage a constant pouring of light to reflect the changing flow of the day’s mood.
The L’Ortolan Champagne Room is ideally suited for relaxed lunches with friends or colleagues.

Private Dining in the Wine Cellar Room
Our stunning Wine Cellar private room has an atmosphere of grand theatre; dramatically rich, dark, and warm in style creating a mature and opulent feel. Seating from 13 up to 16, it is a room quite in harmony with the image and mood associated with quality wines and an established cellar.
The room is sumptuously decorated and furnished in deep red and strikingly offset by a magnificent mercury-backed French Empire mirror dating from 1810 complete with black glass surround and antique cabinets.
Wines adorn the walls in a modern contemporary fashion reminiscent of a wine cellar complemented by stunning artwork by kindly provided by Castle Galleries .
Beetroot crushed velvet curtains, hand stitched with seed bead tassels dress the windows. The room is dominated by a vast circular table and lit by an ornate chandelier accessorised with red glass beading whilst on the floor is an original rich red Persian rug which took one family one and a half years to make.
With its south west facing aspect, this elevated first floor room enjoys the benefit of stunning late afternoon and evening sunsets which further stimulate the relaxing and moody atmosphere.
The room is available for private and corporate events and has WiFi and projection facilities.

Private Dining in the Glass Room
With light and airy views over L’Ortolan’s beautiful landscaped gardens, the Glass Room is an elegant and relaxed place to dine at any time of the day.
With large windows accented with crisp white blinds, the 22 capacity Glass Room has an intimate atmosphere well suited to both gatherings of friends and family, and business, corporate events.
Set against a floral backdrop in enchanting surroundings, the Glass Room terrace provides a tranquil, outdoor space where your guests can sip a glass of chilled Champagne as they enjoy the L’Ortolan gardens.
The Glass Room is also licensed for Weddings and Civil Partnership ceremonies.
