06/07 will go down as one of l’ortolan’s great vintages! The past 12 months have been the most successful to date, we have seen more guests dining at l’ortolan than ever before; while customer feedback continues to amaze and delight us on a daily basis. We believe this is not simply good fortune or an upturn in the market, but a true reflection of the efforts and dedication shown by our team.
Chefs table has been so well received by our guests that we have now teamed up with Laurent Perrier to offer tasting menus featuring Grand Sciecle and other wines from this most prestigious of Champagne houses.
With demand so high we are now offering the option of chef’s table at lunch; allowing yet another opportunity for a glimpse at what goes on behind the kitchen door.
The food continues to evolve with each passing season, we are constantly developing the menu through a combination of classic and innovative techniques, to bring you the very best in quality and intensity of flavour.
We have a number of exciting food & wine evenings organised throughout the year featuring some truly spectacular wines.
Lastly i am delighted to annouce that La Becasse opened it's doors on time, the welcome we have received has been overwhelming - we couldn't have wished for better.
