Head Chef Tom Clarke took over the helm in our Michelin starred kitchen in January. Tom had been Acting Head Chef for over a year working closely with former Executive Chef Alan Murchison. Tom has added a whole host of new dishes to the menus from his own repertoire and continues to delight our guests with his truly outstanding cuisine.

To complement the food Head Sommelier Guillaume Kaczmar and his team will be delighted to offer recommendations from our extensive wine list, including flights of wines to accompany each of the menus.
