The terms and conditions for you store L'Ortolan
You can cancel your order for any resason on the same day of purchase or on the next working day if ordered at a weekend and receive a full refund. Please contact us at shop@lortolan.com or call us on 0118 988 9107 to cancel your order.

Postage & Packaging
We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. A standard postage & packaging charge may apply to some items.

If goods are found damaged on receipt please contact us at shop@lortolan.com or call us on 0118 988 9107 immediately to arrange a replacement.

Vouchers - All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by us.

If there are any errors on your voucher please contact us at shop@lortolan.com or call us on 0118 988 9107 immediately so we can rectify any mistakes.

Products - You can return products for any other reason within 7 days of receipt of the order providing the product is in its original condition, but you will bear the cost of returning the goods suitably packaged and insured; please obtain proof of posting on returning your order. The cost of the product will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of the receipt of the return.
All vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of issue. The voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date printed on the voucher.

All experience vouchers are subject to availability.

All vouchers feature a unique reference identification code and may only be redeemed once. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

The unique reference code must be quoted at the time of booking.

No change will be given on vouchers. If you require smaller denominations of monetary vouchers please contact us atshop@lortolan.com or call us on 0118 988 9107 before the date of you booking.

Lost Vouchers
We cannot accept responsibility if the recipient loses a voucher. We may be able to cancel the original voucher and issue another one if the voucher is still valid. Please contact us at shop@lortolan.com or call us on 0118 988 9107.

Non-Arrivals and Cancellations
Experiences and Events - In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel or postpone you confirmed booking within a seven day notice period of arrival, the voucher will be forfeited. We will at all times endeavour to avoid this becoming necessary by re-letting the reservation.

Guests with confirmed reservations who do not take up the reservation will be considered as non-arrivals and the voucher will be forfeited.

When you make a purchase we collect certain information to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for any purpose.

We will not disclose your details to anybody unless required by law to do so or unless you explicitly give us the authority to do so.

All payments details are handled by using Payment Service Provider Barclay Card, and encrypted and secured by 128 bit SSL provided by GoDaddy. None of your card details are held by us.

You are granted a limited licence to access and make personal use of this web site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it or any portion of it, except with the express written consent from us.
