A morning cookery
demonstration for six with Head Chef Tom Clarke or one of his senior chefs is
followed by Champagne and canapés and a sumptuous three course lunch.
During the demonstration there is ample opportunity to ask all the
questions you have and take home plenty of practical tips and ideas.
