After a short briefing you will assist with the preparation of the lunch service, and enjoy a light lunch on the Chef's Table.

You will then be able to participate in the lunch service, working on the various sections of the kitchen and even making the finishing touches at the pass.
If you are ready and willing, join the team again for the dinner preparation and service most definitely not for the faint hearted.
