We source wines from some of the most sought after producers working in these ways. They are indicated with splendid green bin numbers on the list. The best wines of the past were all natural: the same could be said of today, in an elusive marriage of excellence meets ethics. The most natural, in both farming and wine making, are grouped together on our speciality 'natural' pages. As might be expected, they can be positively different from 'conventional' wine in appearance and taste: do ask before ordering to know more.


To complement the food, Konrad and his team offer recommendations from our extensive wine list, including flights of wines to accompany each course on the menu. We are constantly tasting and tuning our wine offering with the ever changing menu and love to introduce the 'fruit' of that work. Whether you are looking for the ideal bottle to accompany your food choices from the menu, or a selection by the glass to go with each course from our tasting menus, our Sommeliers are happy to guide you. Or, just leave the choice to us, with appropriate parameters of course.


We're aware that a bottle is sometimes a bit much. Half bottles and wines by the glass are available. In addition, we almost always have a variety of other wines that we can offer by the glass, including fully 'natural', eclectic and genuinely special examples. Please, just ask.

On occasion you might well feel in need of assistance with your wine experience before or after the event, whether to ensure that special bottle will be available or to find out from where your favourite wine of the evening can be sourced, we would be delighted to assist with any wine queries you may have.
