Unique Vegetarian Cuisine at Restaurant Reading
Our vegetarian meals have been put together by our in-house Michelin star Chef, Tom Clarke, who blends the finest ingredients and flavours to create uniquely delicious dishes. We source seasonal vegetables to cook delights such as tasty carrot pressing with mustard and rich tarragon. Alternatively, try one of our pasta dishes, such as our goat’s curd agnolotti with beetroot and pine nuts or pea risotto with wild garlic and morels.
