We invite you to an unforgettable evening of fine food and artisan cider !
With utmost pleasure, we decided to combine the innovative gastronomical creations of Tom Clarke with
the stunning creations of Andreas Sundgren Graniti's & his team from Brannland Cider, from Sweden.
Brannland Cider produce a range of ciders in the north of Sweden, close to the university town of Umea - 600 kilometers north of Stockholm. 
Focussed on IsCider, their production comes from 100% Swedish dessert apples and has won many international awards. 
Brannland Fine Ciders partner particularly well with fine dinning, due to the strong natural acidity from the apples.
