Our private rooms at L'Ortolan offer an alternative space for those wanting to hold corporate meetings followed by a dinner, if you are rewarding a colleague, or celebrating a company achievement. With our three opulent meeting rooms, each with their own personality and individual design, its beautiful grounds and elegant setting, L'Ortolan provides a choice of unique dining and entertaining experiences, all with no room hire fee provided the minimum number of guests or food and beverage spend is achieved at lunch or dinner. The rooms are also available in the morning or afternoon as meeting facilities at an additional cost which can be discussed with our events manager.

Located in Shinfield, Reading, we are conveniently situated just over an hour from London and a stone's throw from the M4 corridor, so if you would like to host your meeting or corporate function away from the hustle and bustle, we would be delighted to welcome you and your guests to meet here and enjoy some exquisite cuisine together. What better way to hold a meeting?

We have three stunning private rooms, which can hold between 8 and 22 guests, all equipped with projectors and complimentary Wi-Fi. For larger parties the restaurant can be hired for exclusive use for up to 58guests.

Our team will be on hand from the early stages of planning your corporate private dining event right through to the occasion itself - enabling you and your guests to truly relax and enjoy your L'Ortolan experience.

Private dining menus start from just £45 per person. Please do let us know if you have any special requirements as we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
