Confit trout, beetroot, horseradish and dill

GOOSE
Goose liver parfait, rhubarb, ginger parkin

RAVIOLI
Crab ravioli, fennel, bisque

BEEF
Roast fillet of beef, artichoke, red wine jus

MANGO
Mango parfait, coconut, lime

PEANUT
Peanut, caramel, nougat

Paired wine flight of 5 wines £70pp supplement.
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. All prices include VAT.
